Ultra Trails of Margalla Hills (UTMH)
Ultra Trails of Margalla Hills (UTMH) are consist of 6 Trails, 1 to 6, of Margalla Hills. Margalla Hills (MH) is a hill range of the Himalayas and located in the north of Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan. The UTMH covers a distance of almost 50km and elevation will be 2000m.
The idea to attempt UTMH in one go initiated by Adnan Khan back in October 2018. Adnan solo attempted UTMH on 20th October 2018 and finished 6 hours 28 minutes with the relay and logistics support of Islamabad Run With Us club members. Adnan's UTMH completion time is the best time, and yet haven't anyone broken the record. Adnan Khan is an ultra trail, hill, and mountain runner. He is also a mountain leader, running & fitness coach, and Gym/fitness instructor.
